A mouth watering fondue made with our whole-milk mozzarella cheese that is ideal with your favorite dipping snacks.
1 garlic clove minced
1/4 c white wine
A pinch of nutmeg
1/2 c garlic and herb cheese spread
1/2 c Montena Taranto mozzarella cheese, grated
Various dipping snacks
Heat a small, deep non-stick saucepan.
Add garlic and wine.
Bring wine to a simmer on medium heat.
Once the wine begins to bubble, whisk in nutmeg and cheese spread.
Allow to melt.
Add mozzarella cheese.
Continue to whisk until mozzarella melts.
